SERVICES We provide

Our experienced team will work with each participant to customize a care plan tailored to them in order to achieve their goals and to learn basic day to day tasks including planning meals, administering medication and household tasks. Our services also include health and well-being programs, communication programs, and developing a greater understanding of social skills used in everyday life. We will provide 24/7 support, if required, whilst promoting active participation in community engagement, personal care and daily living activities.

Here at 'Above & Beyond' our goal is to ensure each participant is able reach their maximum potential in a number of different skills. Skills may include grocery shopping, attending appointments, physical activity programs, attending social events with peers, managing finances, navigating around the community using public transport and many other practical skills. 

Our professional staff are trained to encourage self-independence for all participants, from basic daily tasks through to social communication. We aim to tailor a care plan to suit each individual that will reflect not only their current needs, but also their future aspirations. We achieve this by developing strategies to enhance each individual's capabilities and employing those techniques to build their confidence. Ultimately achieving a greater sense of independence and a fulfilling life.
