About Our Organisation
Caregivers You Can Trust
Above & Beyond is a small community-based organisation dedicated to providing Disability and Mental Health Services for those in need. This organisation was founded by Alex Toohill with one goal in mind; to provide an ''Above & beyond'' approach when delivering holistic care to all participants. Our organisation will strive to utilise its 10 years of experience in the industry to tailor make a care plan specific to the goals of each individual.
Experienced and Supportive
We understand that not one care plan fits all and we pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each individual participant to ensure the care fits their personal needs, requirements and goals. This includes a number of services in the home and the community, from supporting their overall well-being and attending allied health appointments through to accompanying participants to leisure activities.
Experienced Support Staff
Above & Beyond not only strive to provide assistance with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with our participants and their families. Our focus is utilising our experienced support staff and qualified RN to develop a person-centred plan that meets your needs. Here at Above & Beyond, we provide one-on-one and group care that ensures our participants can feel safe and cared for during their most vulnerable times.
